Identify and prospect potential customers (leads), follow up, and convert them into clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Manage the sales cycle end-to-end: from lead generation ? presentation/demonstration ? negotiation ? closing.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
Coordinate with other departments (marketing, product, service, finance) to align efforts.
Negotiate contracts, terms, pricing with clients.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage after?sales service issues.
Mentor or coach junior sales staff, sharing best practices and helping them improve.
