Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely payments. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for business development. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM records.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good market knowledge and customer-handling ability. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player. Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Qualification:



Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
