Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth areas.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Mentor and support junior sales executives in achieving their goals.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.
