Purpose
The aim is to work towards getting more orders and to also increase the Customer Base and provide Sales and Technical Support to customers. The Territory Manager has to maintain regular contact with customers and work towards building Customer Relationship by developing long time agreement with customers at all levels. To promote the new products launched.
Key Responsibilities
Complete responsibility for Orders received and invoice for assigned territory by promoting brand image in line with company guidelines by optimum focus on all product lines of IAS
Develop and promote proactive customer relationships with the objective of gaining a clear understanding of the customer needs by the process of continuous feedback.
Getting Price increase from customers in order to maintain a better profitability for the organization.
Adding new customers and maintaining the existing ones.
Follow regular reports and information request such as MOR, Project tracking, CoFa-Tool etc.
Co-ordination with Global Key account managers, IAS Germany for respective Customer References and established practice
Communication and effective collaboration with all functions and business lines in ITBA for assigned territory
Implement marketing plans and activities in line with territory goals.
Manage and develop the customer / market directly or thru line builders in the assigned territory.
Plan, organize, and administer product demonstrations as a means to promote our Products and supporting the business growth through exhibitions, customer days and demonstrations at Innovation Center, India.
New product introduction into the market and effective communication with the customers.
Effective use of Sales Force for sales efficiency
To maintain good receivables and ensure collections effectively on regular basis.
Market intelligence: Update mapping of customers, DATA on all Competition Activity e.g. pricing / Product / Organizational Changes etc.
