Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for spare parts.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and customer interactions.
Lead and manage complex sales efforts, including technical presentations and demonstrations, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Negotiate and close sales deals, managing contract terms and pricing strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and distributors.
Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and technical support.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., service, logistics, inventory) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Technical Expertise & Support:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's spare parts, product offerings, and relevant industry trends.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their technical inquiries and resolving issues.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of spare parts.
