Role: Role will be of Sr. Sales Development Representative

Location: Bangalore

Reporting To: Sales Development Lead (SDL)

Core Responsibilities :

\xe2\x97\x8f Be able to create a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organization, conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach-out to them.

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify business opportunities by prospecting / evaluating contactee\xe2\x80\x99s position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

\xe2\x97\x8f Learn how Sigma Infosolutions works from the ground up and build the foundation for your career with us;

\xe2\x97\x8f Be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for developing prospects

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle

\xe2\x97\x8f Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle

\xe2\x97\x8f Set appointments for Sigma Infosolutions sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage leading to hand-off to sales teams

\xe2\x97\x8f Research your target companies and prepare executive summaries to turn your Sales Executive into a guru ahead of their calls;

\xe2\x97\x8f Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences

\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application

\xe2\x97\x8f Good understanding of tools and processes for market research and lead generation through Email Campaigns, LinkedIn, Cold calling etc.

\xe2\x97\x8f Follows up and maintains relationships with new leads and existing potentials by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.

\xe2\x97\x8f Collate, Manage and generate report day-to-day data related to prospects,

opportunities, proposals, etc. using formats and tools prescribed by the team.

\xe2\x97\x8f Market Company\xe2\x80\x99s posts on Social Media Platforms & Competition research about the services being offered by the company

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in IT services sales for the International Market with preference to USA

\xe2\x97\x8f He/She should be highly self-motivated, target driven and able to work independently

Requirements / Skills / Need to have:

\xe2\x97\x8f 6+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in IT solutions / services (Candidates with experience in either ecommerce / fintech solutions will be preferred)

\xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence

\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated success in prospecting through Sales Navigator - LinkedIn, Personalised emails, Emailer Campaigns

\xe2\x97\x8f Highly organized with good time management skills.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong attention to detail and Great active-listening skills.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism.

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.

\xe2\x97\x8f Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic

\xe2\x97\x8f Great number sense and mathematical ability.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong desire and ability to move up within the sales vertical of the organization

\xe2\x97\x8f High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

\xe2\x97\x8f Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with CRM applications like ZOHO, Hubspot or Salesforce

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required

\xe2\x97\x8f Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts

\xe2\x97\x8f Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company

\xe2\x97\x8f Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead

\xe2\x97\x8f BA/BS/MBA degree or relevant experience

\xe2\x97\x8f Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
