Coordinate and monitor sample dispatches for PVC additive customers.
Track trial status, feedback, approvals, and repeat orders.
Maintain customer-wise documentation: quotations, inquiries, pipeline status.
Follow up with sales managers for updates, order closures, and payments.
Track monthly buying patterns of PVC pipe customers and identify opportunities.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Maintain inventory tracking with supply chain to plan replenishment.
Handle exhibition lead follow-ups and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in industrial sales coordination, preferably chemicals or polymers.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
Strong data management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM.
Salary
?4-6 LPA flexible for the right candidate
