Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Identify, approach, and convert potential leads into clients for Tally software and related services.

Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their queries and offering tailored solutions.

Product Expertise:

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Tally products, features, and functionalities.

Provide product demonstrations and guide clients on the benefits of Tally software.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Share insights and feedback with the management to improve products and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience of 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in software or ERP solutions.

Knowledge of Tally products is highly desirable.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
