Job Description

Engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, and deliver a premium sales experience aligned with luxury brand standards. Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and customization options in a clear and persuasive manner. Conduct test drives and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey. Generate and follow up on leads through CRM systems, referrals, and digital platforms. Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth documentation and timely vehicle delivery. Achieve monthly sales targets, upsell accessories, finance, and insurance products. Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance norms, and brand guidelines. Support showroom activities, events, and promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM/DMS systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
