We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while achieving sales targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, assist, and guide customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
Stay updated on current inventory, upcoming models, and competitor offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and ensure high satisfaction.
Support and mentor junior team members when needed.
Coordinate for timely delivery and documentation.
Resolve customer queries and ensure smooth handover.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of automobile sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-first attitude with excellent closing abilities.
Knowledge of auto financing and insurance is a plus.
Goal-oriented and proactive under pressure.
