We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to drive B2B business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, sales acquisition, account management, customer engagement, and digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Marine.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate and qualify B2B leads within the domestic market.
Acquire new customers and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations with potential and existing clients.
Visit customers regularly to understand requirements, build trust, and close deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain and grow existing leads and customer accounts.
Account Management
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Conduct digital marketing activities including LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, online
lead generation, and basic content promotion.
Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Participate in job fairs, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events for brand promotion
and lead generation
Industry & Market Engagement
Develop strong knowledge of Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Marine industry trends.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and customers need to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.
General Responsibilities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
Continuously improve sales and marketing processes through feedback and analysis.
Represent the company professionally in all customer and public interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales and Marketing.
Proven track record in lead generation, sales acquisition, and account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Marine) is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits and business development.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
