Role Description This is a full-time Senior Sales and Marketing role, based out of our home office in Kotagiri with possibilities for remote work. We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and drive our sales and marketing strategy. As our Senior Sales and Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in the future success of the enterprise. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels with cross-functionality. You will gain experience in a dynamic and diverse workspace that holds unique connections to international movement building (in fair trade, organics, mountain sustainability, and more). Work will be in line with our team\'s practice and commitment to invest in, center, and uplift Indigenous Nilgiris communities who collect honey and other forest produce through traditional methods, and the handmade products made by the women from these communities. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, and/or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in sales and marketing roles, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership position. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies. Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven arguments and decisions. Familiarity with sustainable and ethical business practices. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed. Versed knowledge of social enterprises and how they work, understanding of the business models applicable to these enterprises.
