Utilize market research to identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs. Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals involved in sales, marketing, and event coordination. Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment. Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
