Key Accountabilities Regular interaction with Business Users & Analysts to identify and capture potential RPA business processes Analyze the As-Is Business process and provide redesign recommendations to achieve efficient and scalable automation solutions Oversee automation project plans, manage deadlines and dependencies Advises on high-level, complex solution development, architecture, and management processes from concept ideation through development, launch and maintenance Manage the collaboration and coordination between AkzoNobel and BPO on automation projects Coordinating the interactions with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to design, install, and maintenance required to access and controls Review and endorse the developed solution design document before handing over to the development teams for configuration Drive the business outcomes as per end-users\' expectations and able to adjust constant business changes which includes new requirements, evolving priorities, and emerging practices Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate infrastructure is available to support current and future RPA automation Manage and maintain the Automation Anywhere Enterprise Setup (Control Room and Clients) - credential management, device management and migration activities, etc. Review and revise automation best practices, coding guidelines and other automation related artifacts Should provide constant monitoring, mentoring of the team, and continuously increases the capabilities of the RPA developers Manage go-live rollout, handover procedures and change control documents Experience Bachelor\'s degree or above 10-16 years of working experience in IT, excellent technical background (development experience in one of the programing languages like VBScript, JavaScript or Python is preferred) 5+ years of experience in developing and managing automations using Automation Anywhere and any other RPA tools like UiPath/ Power Automate/ BluePrism/ Work Fusion, etc. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in programming (e.g. Python, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, etc.) Excellent understanding of all the features and capabilities of Automation Anywhere Platform (e.g. AA Client, IQ Bot, Discovery Bot, and able to leverage commands for bot development and monitoring) Experience and knowledge of business process re-engineering and process mapping ability to develop solution architecture designs Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management Experience in RPA Lifecycle & Management Skilled in source control tools (e.g. GitHub, TFS, SVN) Good written and verbal communication skills Should be flexible with work timings to support Global processes Competencies Accepting Direction Accepting Responsibility Acquiring Information At AkzoNobel we are highly committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees can be their best self.
