For the Product Line "Steel cord troughed belts and pipe belts:":
# calculate and design standard and special conveyor belts in accordance to customer needs
# support sales teams in quotation process, technical check of customer requirements (Feasability)
# coordinate product tests and approvals with internal and external partners (universities, DMT, LoBa, MSHA, etc.)
# where appropriate, on site inspections with Technical Consulting to review product perfomance and improve product lifetime, reduce energy consumption, etc.
# provide system analysis support for belt monitoring on site and remote
# product training for sales colleagues, OEMs and other customers
# support CBG Service group on engineering and supervision of challenging belt installtions and other service jobs on site
# representation of company in standardization commitees (DIN, EN, ISO, AS, CEMA, ARPM, ...) and interest groups (VDI, VDMA, ...)
