Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team.
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all operational areas.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Implement and monitor cleaning schedules.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Assist in the training and development of new stewarding staff.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall operations.
Ensure all kitchen and dining equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.
Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring the dining environment is consistently clean and well-maintained.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with different departments.
Fill in for absent staff members when necessary, assisting with basic cleaning tasks and ensuring a proper dining experience for guests.
Exceptional ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and schedules.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to maintain efficient operations.
