About the role:

The Resource Manager plays a central role across the Delivery organization to ensure that client project teams are delivering best-in-class e-learning solutions to clients on time and within budget by monitoring the sales pipeline and optimizing the workforce planning accordingly. With in-depth knowledge of our growth & renewal pipeline and weekly tracking of our existing client projects the Resource Manager will be able to anticipate resource allocation and staffing needs.

What you\'ll have the opportunity to do:

• Maintains current and accurate knowledge of the sales pipeline through close interaction with the Revenue Ops team to ensure the Delivery team is appropriately staffed.
• Tracks client project scope and status to plan and adjust workforce resourcing.
• Maintains and communicates SLAs to help set client expectations and ensure teams are within the defined project scope.
• Responsible for preparation of Weekly and Monthly dashboards to keep track of demand fulfillment, resourcing activities, and non-billable resources and plan their next opportunity accordingly.
• Partners with Delivery Leads of Business Ops to understand individual and team capabilities to guide the allocation of work and assignment of resources on incoming contracts/projects.
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, and Resource forecasting.
• Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Project.
• Works with functions to establish policies and practices on resourcing (e.g., flex capacity through cross-training, contracting, etc.) to manage variations in demand to meet established service levels.

Requirements:

• A professional specializing in Resource Management - Resource Planning, Resource Engagement, Resource Optimization, and Bench Management.
• Ability to use technology (analytics tools, CRM, or resource management software).
• Hands-on Experience in setting up an Enterprise Resource Model.
• At least five to seven years of relevant resource and project management or PMO management experience
• Hands-on experience to ramp up projects.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective ways to ramp up plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially as a presenter; you need to be compelling, engaging, and captivating.
• Ability to work under pressure, be highly adaptable, and well organized.
• Proven track record in creating and delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments.
• A solution-oriented personality with keen attention to detail
• Work with a global team of professionals from various time zones
• Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
