Senior Regulatory Specialist ( Plant Protection products/Fertilizers/Biocides) Location : Warsaw, Poland (remote/hybrid work) : Obtaining and maintaining product authorizations in Poland in line with agreed business objectives Ensuring effective partnership with relevant teams (EU regulatory, Development, Sales and Marketing) to represent regulatory and safety positions and facilitate business decisions Ensuring effective management of relations and communication with Member State regulatory authorities and internal EU Regulatory team Coordinating and carrying out administrative tasks related to changes in formulation and origin of manufacture Ensuring compliant labelling, in accordance with regulatory authorizations and local packaging and labelling legislation and managing all regulatory aspects of label creation and documentation in internal and external databases Being member of the relevant local cross functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely advice to commercial and other functions Maintaining a strong knowledge of national legislation and activities which could impact national existing or future approvals of Plant protection products/ Fertilizers/ Biocides Qualifications and Skills: Scientific background in one of the disciplines relevant for regulatory (agriculture, plants science, environmental science, agronomy, biotechnology, toxicology or other related field) Good understanding of regulatory processes in Poland +3 years of regulatory experience in Crop Protection Autonomous and active management of the workload Effective time and task management to ensure delivery of the business needs Fluent Polish language skills and advanced English MS Office advanced knowledge UPL offers: A dynamic and pleasant work environment, with lots of variation in your day-to-day activities.
