To efficiently handle end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across various industries by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and clients, ensuring timely closures and quality talent acquisition.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, internal database, and references.
Understand job descriptions, role requirements, and key skills from client briefing.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
2. Coordination & Interview Management
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate trackers and feedback loops for every stage of hiring.
Ensure timely follow-ups and update stakeholders on progress.
3. Client & Stakeholder Interaction
Interact with client HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Provide market insights, share candidate pipelines, and take feedback.
Manage expectations and maintain smooth communication throughout.
4. Database & Documentation
Maintain detailed MIS of recruitment activities.
Update candidate records in CRM/ATS.
Ensure adherence to documentation and data privacy protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred: BBA/MBA in HR)
Experience:
1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setup
Industry Exposure:
BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT (as per client base)
Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication
Confidence in client and candidate interaction
Hands-on with Excel, ATS, and job portals
Time management and target orientation
