MUST HAVE EXPERIANCE IN AUTOMOBILE AND MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY RECRUITMENT AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF RECRUITMENT EXPERIANCE Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sourcers, employ individual methodologies to source candidates via social media Collaborate with the Recruiting team to determine appropriate sourcing strategy Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources Work as a key member in supporting the company\xe2\x80\x99s Diversity Initiatives with a focus on networking and talent acquisition Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
