Responsibility

• Execute recruitment strategies for Automotive Embedded professionals through referral campaigns, Scouting etc.
• Ensure that recruitment tasks assigned for projects are met on time
• Must have very good understanding of recruitment methods and processes to ensure quick and successful results
• Must adhere the SLA to meet the business requirements
• Excellent screening & Negotiation skills to onboard right Engineering professionals

Qualifications

• Any graduate, Bachelor s degree in Mass communication, Commerce (B.Com) or Marketing (BBM)

Skill, Ability:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Managing end-to-end recruitment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
