Description: The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for supporting BIOVIA Recipe Architect in the digitization of customer laboratory analytical test methods into the BIOVIA ONE Lab solution. The Customer facing Architect will gather requirements and artefacts and present them to the Author for configuration into the recipe authoring application Compose. Candidate will have to work closely with Architect who will gather requirement from customer. Based on requirement he/she needs to configure tests in BIOVIA Compose and process data from test results. Ideal Candidate: Someone with a scientific background that is looking to develop a career path in IT and laboratory informatics in particular. Must haves: . Graduate scientist in either Chemistry, Biologics or related field. (Or, have equivalent work experience) . Good communication skills both written and oral (in English) . Ability to work closely and effectively with others in a remote setting (Architects are distributed across the globe) . Flexibility to adjust working hours on an as needed basis to support multiple timezones (this will be managed to ensure reasonable working hours in any given period) . Attention to detail . Good time management and a demonstrated ability to work to deadlines Nice to haves: . Knowledge and/or experience of working in laboratories especially in a regulated setting (GxP) . Programming experience (demonstrates ability to translate processes into digital tools) . Experience of laboratory informatics solutions: o Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) o Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) o Laboratory Execution (LES)
