Department Overview Product, Analytics and Modeling (PAM) brings a team member-based approach to the international talent pool focusing on analytical requirements. PAM encompasses roles that deliver meaningful insights, analysis and reporting based on skills, experience and judgment to support the Enterprise Analytics and Data Science (EADS) organization operate successfully today, and continue on the right trajectory to operate successfully in the future. EADS is the central analytics group tasked with solving high-impact business challenges and standing up cutting-edge analytical capabilities to be shared across Wells Fargo\'s analytic community. About the Role Quantitative Analyst/Data Scientist is a partner-facing role and is responsible for delivering high impact analytic and data science projects by using analytics and AI. Primary role of the advanced analytics consultant in the AI Model Development COE is to apply business knowledge and advanced programming skills and analytics to serve as a subject matter expert, analyst, advisor and consultant to support model lifecycle - model development, performance testing, data analysis, model implementation, model production, delivery of model results, change management, documentation and governance. Responsibilities Person would be required to work individually or as part of a team on data science projects and work closely with business partners. PerformData wrangling activities. He/she would be developing statistical/machine learning models using various techniques (supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised) and technologies including but not limited to Python, R, SAS, Spark, H2O, Aster etc. Define business problem and translate it into analytical problem. Essential Skills BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis 3-5 years of relevant experience Experience in various aspects of Natural Language Processing (NLP) such as regular expression, feature extraction, topic modeling etc. is must. Experience with supervise , unsupervised & semi supervise learning Experience with Deep-learning, Artificial intelligence techniques Understand basics of Image/Voice processing, digital analytics, deep learning, machine learning Good command over Excel, data management.
