Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in project and test planning meetings, to understand the scope and requirements
• Tracks, identifies and promptly reports issues that may affect solution quality
• Supports the development team or operations by providing analysis and expertise throughout the SDLC
• Identifies root causes of problems in desired product/process
• Recommends and/or implements corrective measures or solutions
• Mentors and trains peers on process and standards
• Collaborate with other business units to understand how automation can improve workflow and implement the same
• Demonstrate the capability to think and act creatively to resolve delivery challenges
• Identifies and documents test cases and test conditions via knowledge of the business and associated business processes
• Identifies and documents test scripts including meaningful expected results
• Identifies testing data by creating ad hoc queries and reports and associates it with appropriate test cases and conditions
• Executes test cases and test scripts and documents actual results
• Work within an agile development/delivery framework
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree OR equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of testing experience including identifying, documenting, and executing test cases and scripts
• 2+ years of experience documenting defects and re-testing fixes
• 2+ years of experience using SQL or an online reporting to identify test data
• Functional Testing Experience of Core HR, Interface, Payroll and Absence Management in People soft or Oracle Cloud
• Ability in creation and execution of Automation scripts for functional testing on tools like Eggplant, Selenium, Opkey
• Ability in end to end implementation of a project
