About the Role
As a Senior Quality Test Engineer, you will take ownership of testing, supporting the delivery of high-quality software products. Working with an Agile development squad, you’ll provide subject matter expertise for the implementation of innovative technology.
Responsibilities

• Developing and executing automated testing to enable successful and consistent delivery of high-quality software products and services.
• Ensuring the scope of testing is appropriate for each feature and is carried out effectively, using primarily automated testing.
• Building automated solutions for functional and non-functional testing, using available tooling and creating new frameworks where necessary.
• Serving as subject matter expert in the configuration, maintenance, and/or administration of testing tools or environments within the team.
• Supporting and investigating Production issues & incidents and reporting issues and results accordingly.
• Ensuring quality strategy, principles, best practices of business unit are followed.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience of working as a test automation engineer ideally within the eCommerce domain.
• Have programming experience with Java/JavaScript (automated test frameworks creation/maintenance level)
• Have experience with UI testing tools (Selenium/Cucumber or equivalent) with the ability to create automated tests.
• Have experience with API testing.
