As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for software testing design, planning, scripting and execution for a variety of key customer-facing and internal tools.

The candidate should be proactive, creative and self-motivated. He/She should have a strong understanding of QA lifecycle and methodology and is expected to execute test iterations, track/report results, troubleshoot and coordinate resolution.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and execute automated test suites to ensure product quality using testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.
• Design and create test plan and automate scripts to address technical use cases
• Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate using JIRA
• Support staging and production deployment of releases and perform validation testing and regression testing during pre and post-release cycles.
• Report and document the test results and keep stakeholders informed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks using various testing methodologies such as TDD, BDD, etc.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and automation testability.
• Do performance testing and identify bottlenecks in the system as and when required
• Collaborate with DevOps team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline.
• Continuously improve and optimize test automation frameworks and suites.

Experience/Skills:

• At least 6-9 years of work experience as QA Automation engineer.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Hands on experience in UI and API Test Automation Frameworks (like Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured etc)
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in developing automated tests using testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience with AWS and containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or other related degree.

Your Success Story:

• In 30 days, you will go through our onboarding program, get to know the company, product, stack & team
• IN 60 days, you will start participating in project\'s feature testing, collaborate with developers and other QA engineers to ensure quality of delivered solutions
• In 90 days, you will manage test scenarios and test cases of main features, and you will be able to automate most of them.
