Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent Functional testing for changes to the application, understanding non-life/P&C insurance business process and the Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.
• Design test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functionals to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment
• Execute the end-to-end test scenarios and validate results.
• Update & maintain documentation of the executed test cases, using IDIT methodology
• Report test results and ensure that bugs are properly identified, tracked, documented and fixed and help in UAT support to users

• 4.5 - 6 Years working experience with exposure to IT Systems with complex business processes, and planning for functional testing, impact analysis of changes, and regression testing.
• Good conceptual, analytical, mathematical skills
• Exposure to major applications in any area - Insurance (Non Life Insurance), Banking, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing.
• Should have experience in understanding business requirements, functional specifications. Should have exposure to technology - HTML, SQL.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good learner and self-starter, and a team player, ready for the next challenge - wherever it may be.
• B.E (or equivalent)
• Any Insurance/ Industry Standard Testing Certification - will be preferred
• Experience in insurance, esp non-life insurance and exposure to a policy admin system- - will be preferred.
