Roles & Responsibilities : Support the QA Activities for IRC/Cross Content Applications in alignment with the QE organization's Quality standards and strategy to ensure that software meets specified business and customer needs. Gather Testing requirements and obtain a Detailed Functional understanding of applications by working closely with the Business/Development Stakeholders and QE counter parts Develop Test scripts(Manual /Automation) from the Project Requirement specifications / QA understanding documents / Test Management Tools to ensure sufficient QA coverage from a software QA perspective Develop, Execute and Maintain Automation Frameworks to facilitate Sanity and Regression testing to cater to SDNET migration activities Support QE management's initiatives by contributing to the QE Metrics collection , process improvements and best practice implementations. Ensures test traceability and reporting on testing progress and activities. Communicates clearly with team and keeps clear lines of communication open to ensure full understanding of tasks, asking questions where needed. Required Skill sets: 4+ Years of Software Testing experience Automation framework development experience with Java Database Testing experience with Oracle / MS SQL Working knowledge of Test Management Tools(JIRA/Test Rail etc.,) Financial Domain Knowledge will be an added advantage Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent - ISTQB Core Foundation Certified or equivalent At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
