Job Description
- Web application and ETL manual testing
- Proficient in Front end (Functional & GUI Testing), Black Box Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, User Acceptance Testing.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience in navigating across cross-functional teams
- SQL knowledge to validate backend data preferrable
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, azure is a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communications are critical
- Expertise in automating web applications using Selenium
- Experience in load testing preferably using JMeter
- Experience in writing test cases using element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming features and TestNG annotations.
- Coordinate with Project Manager to design testing strategies for new releases
- Collaborate with clients regarding testing strategies and plans to ensure optimal results
- Create and document standardized testing processes and reporting procedures
- Coordinate with Project Managers to meet product deliverables and implementation schedules
- Escalate concerns, issues and risks to the appropriate stakeholders in order to meet project deadlines
- Respond to scope changes from business stakeholders
- Create test cases and test plans from User Stories
- Write automation programs using Selenium, JMeter – Nice to have
