Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage enterprise software projects using Visual Studio, .NET, Python, and JavaScript technologies. Lead the full development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and drive modernization of legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end software projects using Visual Studio and .NET technologies

Provide technical architecture guidance and conduct code reviews

Modernize legacy VB6 applications to .NET Core/contemporary frameworks

Design and optimize database solutions with complex SQL queries

Integrate AI/ML capabilities and automation into enterprise applications

Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and manage cross-functional teams

Mentor development team and foster innovation culture

Required Qualifications

Experience:

8-12 years in software development

3-5 years in project/team leadership

Technical Skills:

Expert: Visual Studio, VB.NET, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server

Languages: VB6, VBA, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Delphi (Object Pascal)

Frameworks: ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, React, Angular, Node.js

Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL (design, optimization, stored procedures)

Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Cloud: Azure or AWS experience

AI/ML: Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure AI Services

Leadership:

Strong project management and Agile/Scrum expertise

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Strategic problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Microsoft certifications (MCSD, Azure Developer, Azure AI)

PMP or CSM certification

VB6 to .NET migration experience
