We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Project Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring that our service delivery team delivers an exceptional customer experience that will result in increased business engagement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• • Lead the delivery of the bank's new Nostro Fees Management System to support better oversight and allocation of nostro related costs
  • An advanced level understanding of the nostro landscape and related domains such as reconciliation, payments and securities operations
  • Demonstrated experience of working effectively with an external vendor to ensure that the plan is delivered on time and in budget
  • Establish a governance framework across the Nostro landscape working collaboratively with Treasury Services, Network Management, Treasury Markets and Operations teams
  • Influence design and execution of the projects where there is no direct control.
  • This role requires strong project management skills, sound understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle, ability to learn and understand the functional areas and data requirements both inputs and outputs and good interpersonal skills to manage direct and virtual teams across multiple locations
  • Balance the intent to have a strategic approach for projects with the need to meet regulatory deadlines and reduce time to market

Skills

Must have

• • 10+ years of IT experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and worked as project managers (PMs) planned, organized and directed the completion of specific projects on time, budget and within scope.
  • Investment Banking Experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills, big-picture thinking and vision
  • Attention to detail & Conflict resolution skills
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations & ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Holistic knowledge of business processes and various scenarios , challenges and opportunities
  • Discuss and understand the project, purpose, goal, team, timelines, challenges, requirements, potential risks, its mitigation, plan, communication mode and high level customer expectations

Nice to have

• • Working experience in Change Team(s) on a similar capacity will be a plus.
  • Nostro Banking Experience is good to have
