Location : Chennai / Trivandrum / Bangalore The Role: As a Senior Project Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs. Responsibilities: Plan, manage, monitor and implement Oracle e-Business suite and other financial system projects and related tasks on global initiatives. Report on the work of project teams to deliver solutions to meet functionality, quality, cost and timescales. Develop and maintain all necessary project documentation to meet requirements. Plan, organize, document, implement, coordinate and schedule all appropriate work and the development of assigned projects/tasks including communication and testing plans as well as manage both internal and external resources. Liaison with the business to clarify requirements and address concerns. Support the initial implementation of new systems to follow up and resolve issues. Plan and manage new system implementations and/or system upgrades, enhancements and/or installations, support projects and standardization projects or any other IT Digital Operations initiatives as requested. Provide status updates as necessary and attend or initiate meetings as needed. Effectively communicate with the project team, management, and all office staff impacted by the changes to the environment using a variety of communication methods. Provide input and aid in the development of IT Digital Operations Standard Operating Procedures and rely on best practices for implementing changes. Attend technical conferences and seminars as appropriate to the job and is resourceful in obtaining the latest product information and facts to make informed decisions. Research and recommend new project methodologies and strategies to senior management. Monitor the status and completion time of all assigned projects. Also, assist in the creation/implementation of IT processes around the PMO process. To succeed you will need: Bachelor\'s degree or local equivalent or equivalent work experience Prior relevant experience managing and successfully delivering large complex Oracle E-Business suite projects (including large, cross functional, geographically dispersed project teams) within a large company. Strong delivery and accountability ethos. Strong relationship management skills across all organizational levels. Ability to work with senior level stakeholders, clients, vendors and external auditors. Understanding and experience in delivering organizational change as part of IT projects.
