Sr. Project Manager (Microsoft Azure)

The two founders have over 4 decades of executive experience in management consulting, sales and technology, having worked for top firms including Mckinsey & Co., Novartis, Medtronic, Bayer, Publicis Sapient and London Stock Exchange.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, developing project plans, monitoring project performance, and leading project teams. The project manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project delivery is on time, within scope, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a hands-on project management role.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master\'s degree is preferred.

2. Ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of total work experience. At least 5 years of experience in project management, managing large and complex projects is a must.

3. PMP/PMI certification is mandatory. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

4. Prior experience as a project manager for Microsoft Azure and Data & Analytics projects is mandatory. Prior experience in managing projects involving Azure Synapse, Databricks, ADF, Microsoft Purview and Profisee is essential.

5. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize accordingly. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

6. Experience in leading cross-functional.

7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

8. Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.

9. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including but not limited to Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

CTC: INR 30 lacs to INR 36 lacs
