About the Role:
Wolters Kluwer */dxg is embracing the rapid adoption of emerging technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic Flows, driving the ongoing transformation of our product portfolio. To support this evolution, we are cultivating a culture of innovation and collaboration through key events, including our annual global Code Games event, the Leadership Summit, as well as localized GenAI Hackathons and Product Discovery workshops. In light of these efforts, we are pleased to introduce a new position dedicated to supporting the planning and execution of these critical events and initiatives.
The Senior Project Manager - DXG Innovation Events will play a vital role in orchestrating our flagship annual global hackathon, Code Games. This event convenes up to 6,600 engineers from across our development organization, collaborating with business stakeholders representing all five divisions: Legal, Health, Tax, Finance, and ESG. In addition to leading the Code Games initiative, the Senior Project Manager will be a key contributor to the coordination and execution of the annual Leadership Summit.
This role also encompasses support for smaller-scale Agentic-hackathons and GenAI workshops, which focus on discovering GenAI use cases, designing experiments, and implementing our in-house GenAI Platform. Reporting directly to the Principal Program Manager - DXG Innovation Events, the Senior Project Manager will work closely with them and a dedicated team of volunteers from across the DXG organization, ensuring the seamless delivery and measurable impact of these innovation-driven events.
Responsibilities:
Code Games Event Planning and Execution: Planning, preparation, and execution of the yearly Wolters Kluwer Code Games "hackathon" event. Support the Code Games steering committee in the organization of Code Games volunteers to ensure roles and responsibilities are clear through the planning and preparation phase of the event.
