The Role Responsibilities Strategy To help drive and achieve Productivity and efficiency strategy for ICS which will be via various initiatives that the Productivity and Optimisation team undertakes in ICS. Processes Lead baselining of services and collaborate with business on value stream mapping, identify opportunities for efficiency and automation. Primary responsibility to drive productivity and efficiency across ICS. Drive Improvement culture. People and Talent Set and monitor objectives for team members (direct / indirect) and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with across ICS Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Risk Management Ensure compliance to all banks standards and policies, ensure 100% adherence to code of conduct and mandatory trainings for self and team members Data Confidentiality. Governance Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the teams arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
