Project: This will be a unique and possibly India\'s largest hotel development. It will include two hotels - one a luxury hotel (about 250 keys) and the second a business hotel (over 500 keys). In addition to conference facilities in both the hotels, the development will also have commercial/office space. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the conducting fieldwork Organising and directing frequent in-house meetings under the direction of the project manager. Working with the project manager in the preparation of detailed personnel loading by task interfaced with the detailed schedule. Driving the completion of the fa ade package, managing interfaces, and monitoring the trade contractor\'s installation and performance. Ensuring the fa ade package is delivered to the highest quality, safely, and as per the schedule. Managing the interfaces with other trades whilst controlling the installation process safely, to the correct quality, and on the programme. Assisting in the supervision and coordination of the submission of documents to appropriate reviewing authorities. Assisting in the coordination of the review responses and helping ensure they are reflected in the drawings/specifications. Ensuring a safe work environment for all staff through effective and consistent training, management, and enforcement of safe work practices. About you You will have a degree qualification in engineering and membership of a professional body. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have proven experience working with hotel/high-rise hospitality projects from start through to completion within the consultancy industry and are poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
