What are we looking for?

Senior Project Designers & Senior Project Architects

• 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience essential.
• Strong desire and connection to the type of projects we \xe2\x80\x98do\xe2\x80\x99 essential!
• International experience highly desired \xe2\x80\x93 Either education or work experience.
• Strong team management capabilities.
• Strong project coordination and project delivery experience.
• Strong communication capabilities, including experience in presenting to clients.

Architects

• 4-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience essential.
• Strong desire and connection to the type of projects we \xe2\x80\x98do\xe2\x80\x99 essential!
• International experience highly desired \xe2\x80\x93 Either education or work experience.
• Good eye for design and a genuine passion for it.
• Strong skills in computational design and ability to use Grasshopper, Rhino and other software.
• Strong Revit and BIM capabilities.
