Job Description


: Responsibility: u00A0 Domain expertise around various life insurance products, preferably in US life Insurance Expert in Admin system, experience in configuration and model development Answer complex policy questions in the Actuary queues, complete manual annual statements and illustrations Perform testing on annual statements, illustrations and policy pages for new blocks Assist with post conversion clean up including analysing why policies are out of balance Submit requests for system fixes when problems are found and review test results of fixes Deep knowledge & Ability to understand the underlying calculations in a policy e.g., calculation of cash values, account values, surrender values, benefit calculation based on option value, etc. Strong understanding of various product features and lines of business Interpret data assumptions, application codes and results from models and provide validation & explanations Work on different admin systems, extract and validate the values Review outputs prepared by the team and prepares documentation Ensuring the project documentation is comprehensive and in place Identify scope for automation and support in execution of the same Basic Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor\'s degree in actuarial sciences or related field preferred 8 to 10 years of actuarial experience Cleared at least 5 CT level Papers (CT1, CT3 and CT5 must) Proficient in Ms- Excel u00A0
