Someone who likes to work hands-on and be self-directed in a fast-paced environmentthat gives you freedom and responsibility. . Would be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the modules in the engineeringsystem. Confer with Internal teams to provide high-quality service to the customers. . An advocate focused on providing advanced support and taking care of escalated issuesand product expertise to our largest customers. . Someone who is a specialist in one or more of our products and provides a consistentquality experience, bringing new and improved support methodologies. . Part of a growing team of specialists improving our support capabilities, capacity, andquality for our largest and most sophisticated customers. . Logging and Keeping records of various issues to help the team, prioritise fixes test the fixto measure the product quality. . Documenting troubleshooting and problem solution steps. . Taking ownership of technical issues and working closely with developers to resolve theproblems. . Build a deep understanding of the domain. Requirements: . Experience level of 4-6 years in Product Support/ Technical Support with excellentanalytical and logical thinking. . Being available and flexible with working hours. . Experience being a Subject Matter Expert in multiple products you have worked on. . Proactively identify knowledge opportunities when new products are being launched. . Technically hands-on with any of the scripting languages like PHP, or Python. . Be a coach to the product support engineers on how to perform the troubleshooting. . Able to effectively communicate as the internal expert with customers at an executivelevel on in-depth technical details, progress and next steps. . Strong understanding of the different products which you have worked on and ability tonavigate through the code /logs to debug. . Assist your teammates in driving long-running tickets in your areas of expertise to resolution. . Being able to creatively come up with solutions for various problems and implement them. . Experience in escalation handling. . Experience working with MYSQL and writing queries to get data for debugging issue Why work at Open .
