Job Title Senior Product Support Engineer

In this role you'll / Your main responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis of the production issues raised by customers.
• Read and understand the functional specification document and provide solutions based on your analysis.
• Provide timely, efficient and pleasant follow-up to customer queries on technical & functional issues.
• Understanding production issues and analyzing them using 1A standard troubleshooting tools.
• Interact effectively with customers and internal developers.
• Build rapport and elicit problem details.
• Maintain issue analysis rate that is agreed with customers and internal Amadeus standards.

About the ideal candidate

• The ideal candidate should have good Airline Domain Knowledge.
• Prior experience in travel industry will be plus.
• Intermediate level of knowledge in one programming languages like C/C++, Java, SQL will be good to have.
• Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools - Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Word, Confluence
• Experience in utilizing debugging tools to analyse problems and identify solutions.
• Strong customer focus and collaborative work style.
• Ability to understand and explain technical information.
• Skill in creating customer facing documentations.
• Confident, patient and clear communicator with technical and non-technical customers.
• Should possess strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills and excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments to meet deadlines.
