What we\'re looking for:

You\'re an experienced Senior Product Manager with a broad skill set - driven, analytical, and strategic - with a customer focus and a passion for great front end experiences.

You\'ll be responsible for the functionality of our tide.co website globally. This is a very exciting time to lead our efforts and shape the vision for our website, as we are completing our migration to our new tech stack and continuing to scale globally.

You\'ll be joining a group of Product Managers that work within our Member Accession Marketing (MAM) team, which is responsible for the acquisition and onboarding of new Tide members. Whilst you won\'t be tasked with generating Marketing content, you\'ll be collaborating closely with the rest of the MAM team, including Marketing Leads, SEO Managers, Visual Designers and others.

As a Senior Product Manager you\'ll be:

• Defining the vision and the strategy for the future improvement and scaling of our website
• Continuously prioritising the product backlog for the website and working closely with the Engineering team on delivery
• Collaborating with the Marketing and SEO teams on optimisation of existing pages, as well as supporting new launches, campaigns and initiatives
• Helping improve ways of working and day-to-day processes such as content management updates and operational supportability of the website
• Monitoring website performance, page conversion and other KPIs and making data driven decisions and recommendations for the improvement of the website
• Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and continuously trying to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation

What makes you a great fit:

• You have 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally focusing on website functionality and digital web experiences
• You are an excellent communicator in verbal and written forms, you have great collaboration skills and you can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
• You have practical agile product development experience
• You are familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• You are familiar with Analytics and Tag Management tools and technologies, such as Google Tag Manager
• You are familiar with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies
• You are familiar with basic UX/UI principles and best practices and you are passionate about visually appealing front end experiences
• Ideally you have some knowledge or understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Ideally you also have a basic understanding of SEO best practices and how website functionality affects search engine rankings
• You have some experience working in a start-up, scale-up or a fast-paced, dynamic environment
