Overview
VSCA (VCN Spend Controls & Alerts) is designed to simplify and automate the exchange of payments-related data between the world's Buyers and Suppliers, a fundamental part of Mastercard's Commercial Solutions, enabling some of our largest customers to issue Virtual Cards to securely manage and report on Travel, Expense & Supplier transactions. Focused on secure, highly available and innovative solutions, this dynamic team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base.

The Role

• Liaise between the business and technical teams, translating customer needs into features, identifying possible solutions, and defining project requirements
• Analyse business, data, and system interface requirements for roadmap features, system integrations, software maintenance items, or specific customer requests.
• Work with development teams, software architects, product management, and external groups to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and the software application context.
• Support development of user and release documentation
• Recognizes and escalates trends in key business problems in association with internal customers and contributes ideas for improvement
• Mentor other PM-Ts with the organisation

About You

• Experience in requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients and internal customers
• Proven Agile experience with a track record of being able to lead project teams, collaborate with business partners and other stakeholders
• Experience working with RESTful interfaces
• Finance or Payment Industry experience
• Proven ability to align business strategy to software requirements
• Proven experience working with Software Engineering teams to collaboratively deliver working software.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex software systems, and communicate effectively with technical specialists.
• Proven capacity to balance your work across multiple projects/work streams while still meeting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders from product, operational, architecture and development sides
• Third-level qualifications in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
