Work with a market leader in the medical devices industry Global organisation with diverse portfolio into healthcare industry Reporting directly into Marketing Manager, your responsibilities would include the following: Define the product strategy and road map for new and existing product components and take ownership of their delivery. Planning and managing the product release and development. Direct and support the marketing of updated and enhanced products and the launch of new products. Work with Marketing, Sales, Account Management and Technical Support teams to provide go-to-market strategies, product expertise and guidance. Be an expert with respect to competitor products and services and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market. Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions. Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results. Determines product pricing by utilising market research data reviewing production and sales costs anticipating volume costing special and customised orders. Strong knowledge of industry-specific business fundamentals, particularly relating to organizational KPIs and business processes Proficiency with product road mapping, sprint planning and execution, product analytics, budgeting Attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects, and the will to remain positive through challenges. The Successful Applicant You should come with minimum 6 years of experience in working with a health care company driving the product marketing activities end to end. Full Time MBA from a reputed college is desired. Furthermore, candidate should come with excellent interpersonal skills.
