The Senior Product Manager - Global Deployment will find new and exciting ways to drive the business forward through the power of data and insights. This role is within the Digital Fuel organization. This team is focused on Next Best Action, bringing together data and technology capabilities to allow for the organization to become data- driven and insight-led in every decision to drive revenue and growth.

This role will a key contributor in product development and implementation with the following responsibilities:

Interface with various business strategy and execution teams, internal data dev ops teams as well as with 3rd party vendors to design, develop, and scale NBA capabilities.

Analyze complex situations and derive workable actions - identify, prioritize, and weigh options and recommend a value-add solution

Understand the business processes and requests, to effectively translate business needs into Data Tech requests and actively engage with DevOps team as the solution gets developed

Manage your work stream(s) and raise issues in a timely and effective manner and ensure resolution

Constructively challenge requirements and current state to increase overall value to the firm

Participate in providing inputs into budgeting & problem solving with business partners.

NBA Scoping and Interactions with LOC Leads and Regional Leads

Preparing High-Level Scope, Timelines, detailing and prioritizing Use Case Requirements and Roadmaps

Leading agreed Governance Cadences with LOC \xe2\x80\x93 monthly, quarterly reviews

Coordinating between the Development Team and LOC on new use cases, enhancements and fixes

Gathering LOC Feedback, Leading Product Communications to LOC

Aligning with stakeholders for preparing relevant training plan and materials for Product adoption

Engaging with Dev Team on maintaining and updating Product Jira Boards

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Experience for in the acquisition, exploitation and management of enterprise data assets and \xe2\x80\x98products\xe2\x80\x99 in a large, complex organization

Experience in developing and deploying core data driven marketing & commercial analytics packages in support of rational decision-making, personalization with a keen focus on rapid test & learn development, automation, and simplification of information management.

Understanding of digital marketing strategies and the platforms and tools needed to effectively execute in a data driven manner across owned and 3rd party channels

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Life sciences, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or other analytically based degree or other STEM-related area preferred

6+ years working in Data & Analytics (preferably with data tech stack & pharma commercial space)

3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in product development & project delivery experience

Experience working with Relational Databases and SQL Language

Experience in data analytics using Python/R

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

An end-user, customer-first mindset open to changing requirements and complex solutions

Statistics/ML experience a plus but not required

Problem solving and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment

Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with business partners in many geo-locations to turn requirements into an actionable data engineering backlog

Awareness and understanding of cloud-based product development

Ability to analyze complex situations and to derive workable actions - identify, prioritize, and weigh options and recommend a value-add solution

Ability to constructively challenge requirements and current state to increase overall value to the firm

Strong relationship building skills and executive presence

Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

Ability to effectively work across the various Markets/Brands to gather requirements and gain consensus

Ability to work in a matrix environment, including the ability to connect ideas, people and initiatives.

Exposure within a commercial pharma environment with healthcare industry knowledge desirable

Healthcare Industry Knowledge - basic understanding of various stages of a health care professional user journey and patient journey
