Senior Product Manager

The Global GenAI Team is tasked with building transformational products using Generative AI that enable us to drive productivity gains and efficiencies.

Insights Copilot is one such product and aims to extract contextual insights and meaningful information from our enterprise data based on natural language queries being asked by users. The derived data- driven insights play a pivotal role in empowering our business users to make well-informed decisions regarding their respective domains.

In the role of a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Being the voice of the customers across multiple domains such as marketing, procurement, customer service, social listening, etc.

- Build& execute against the product strategy, vision & roadmap to increase adoption of Insights Copilot

- Strike strategic partnerships with organizations in the LLM industry to unlock the next lever of growth

Job Title: Senior Product Manager Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Purpose of the role:

- We are seeking passionate and results-driven individuals to join our GenAI Product team at ABI. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our in-house GenAI products, driving innovation, and contributing to the success of GenAI adoption within ABI.

Key tasks & accountabilities:

Product Strategic Leadership:

- Define an overall vision for the product that connects to the strategy for the development team & company. Define a clear roadmap of highly prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against that vision.

- Drive meaningful PnL outcomes for the business by connecting product functionality. and goals to the strategic objectives of the development team & the overall company

Voice of the Customer:

- Leverage user feedback in all its forms (casual conversations to formal studies) to understand how users engage with the product, make better decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes for the business.

- Use data to generate actionable insights, to leverage those insights to achieve goals set for the product, and to connect those quantified goals to meaningful outcomes for the business.

- Collaborate with the design team, to define requirements and deliver UX designs that are easy to use, leverage UX best practices, and dovetail with predominant UX patterns present in the product.

Influencing People:

- Work closely with your immediate development team consisting of data scientists, ML engineers, backend engineers, UI/UX engineers & scrum masters to deliver product functionality and accomplish pre-defined goals iteratively and quickly.

- Proactively identify new stakeholders & maintain relations with existing stakeholders impacted by the product & work with those stakeholders to factor their requirements into product decisions.

- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, presenting product strategies, progress, and results, and positively influence the strategic direction of the team & the company overall.

Product Lifecycle Management:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements.

Innovation and Ideation:

- Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creativity and outside-the box thinking.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to influence product development.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills:

- Proven experience of 2-4 years as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market/ similar experience in top Consulting firms for 2-4 years.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA from top colleges in India is a plus
