Are you ready for the next phase of your growth We are looking for a stellar Senior Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems within the B2B enterprise space and preferably have addressed concerns around product adoption with use cases such as onboarding / First time use & ongoing discovery & learning. You will be leading a new product line with an opportunity to build it from scratch! You will be part of a close-knit motivated team of rock stars both on the engineering/development & Go to Market (GTM) side. What do you get to do Define the product strategy & plan through deep market research, discovery by interviewing CXO & business heads as well as end users Translate product strategy & plans into detailed requirements identifying the \'end state\', breaking down them into \'iterations\' by working with target customers & development with a bias towards faster time to market & learning Ability to stack rank stories with effective balance of customer problem/value, applicability to broader target market and utilisation of development resources Build consensus across stakeholders - Management, Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development -- by clearly articulating the product decisions and choices Drive product launches including working with PR team, R&D, design, sales & marketing Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding for both internal & external stakeholders What you need to have/ bring to the table : Must have 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager for B2B/Enterprise market with ownership from concept to launch Experience addressing concerns around product adoption with use cases such as onboarding / First time use, ongoing discovery & learning across applications is highly desirable Comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person with CXO & business head level roles besides end users and deep empathy with customer process & pain points Proven experience of taking decisions based on validated learning combining qualitative and quantitative data analysis (Knowledge of Analytical and Data Mining tool is a plus) Proven experience on building a B2B product from scratch (0...1) and successfully validating and launching the MVP/v1 is a big plus Experience driving solutions by working with design, developers, QA, along with other internal & external stakeholders Working knowledge of lean methodology, agile & iterative development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Whatfix Accelerated Growth and Expansion Top decile Y-o-Y revenue growth rate of 65% Doubled the workforce since 2021 Raised $140 million to date Tripled the valuation since 2020 Listed among fastest-growing companies in North America in 2021 and 2022 in Listed as top 6 2023 Best Tech Startups in San Jose by Tech Tribune Top 20 fastest-growing SaaS companies worldwide in the SaaS 1000 list in 2022 Cemented Industry Leadership Leader in the first-ever Forrester New Wave : Digital Adoption Platforms, Q4 2022 A Leader for the third consecutive year in the Everest Group DAP Peak Matrix 2022 Recognized in the 2022 Gartner Market Guide for Digital Adoption Platforms Unique Exposure - With 80% of revenue getting generated from outside India and 75 Fortune 500 customers across the world, Whatfixers get the unique opportunity to work closely with the top enterprises from day one.
