\xc2\xb7 You are part of the Industrialized Rollout Digital Industry & Operations team within the central IT division of Bosch Group that specializes in manufacturing, logistics, and quality management solutions.

\xc2\xb7 You work as an expert to develop methodologies, frameworks, templates, and accelerators for efficiency, reusability, and scalability in industrialized rollouts of production planning and control solutions for the Bosch plants\' transition to the Bosch Manufacturing & Logistics Platform (BMLP).

\xc2\xb7 You actively lead effort in incorporating know-how and best practices from projects for continuous improvement of industrialized rollout practice.

\xc2\xb7 The solution expert is the central contact person for rollout, key user problems, trainings, and demands.

Required Qualification and experience.

\xc2\xb7 Years of Experience: 7 to 8 years.

\xc2\xb7 Very good knowledge of manufacturing, end-to-end production planning and control processes.

\xc2\xb7 Multi-year experience in configuring and applying Production Planning and Control systems.

\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience with Bosch NivPlus or Bosch ProCon is a plus.

\xc2\xb7 Must have hands on experience working on Kanban, Heijunka, Production levelling, Shopfloor dashboards, Production logistics management.

\xc2\xb7 Functional knowledge of interfaces to software systems (notably SAP and MES systems).

Industries & Domain: Production/ Manufacturing (Preferably Automotive manufacturing).

Know-how: Technical understanding of integrated IT solutions is preferred.

Education: Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering) with a focus on logistics and manufacturing process knowledge.

Soft Skills: Team player, flexible, reliable, strong communicator to customer & IT teams, self-motivated, persuasive, responsible, creative, and innovative.

Work style: Analytical, structured, solution- and goal-oriented, customer-oriented, taking different points of view and communicating these in scenarios.

Languages: Very good spoken and written communication in English are a must. German language skills would be a plus.

Base location: BGSW locations in India.
