Our Client is a D2C Personal Care brand based out in Gurgaon is looking to hire a highly experienced Senior SEO Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, along with a track record of improving website rankings, driving traffic, and increasing revenue. Additionally, the candidate should have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to develop its own team, and should be well-versed in new industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research, on-page audit, and develop link building strategies

- Analyse website performance and implement optimization strategies to drive organic traffic

- Stay abreast of latest industry trends, search engine algorithms, and changes to ensure compliance

- Advance the SEO strategy with a focus on achieving business goals

- Develop content strategies that align with SEO objectives that increase traffic, conversion and user engagement

- Analyse and report on SEO results, providing recommendations based on data

- Develop and lead a team of junior SEO experts, ensuring their skills and knowledge are up-to-date.

- Plan and manage multiple digital businesses while achieving desired results

Requirements:

- A Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field

- 6-12 years of solid experience in SEO with demonstrated results

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Proven track record of managing multiple digital businesses and achieving desired results

- Experience in team management and leadership

- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, trends and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated success in optimizing website rankings and driving organic traffic.
