Process, maintain & administer HR transactions & provide support (e.g. Benefit and Absence management, Basic US legislation leave of Absense( STD, LTD, FMLA etc) & Disabilty ,HRIS, US benefits, payroll, Employee Life cycle Workforce administration, case management, HR helpdesk, Remuneration, Compensation etc.).
Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool.
