About the role
Role Title: Product Operations Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Role Purpose:
- RX is driven to maximize the impact and value to Biomedical Research of software and data, to deliver powerful, functional, beautiful, and integrated software solutions that create a frictionless user experience. In this role the candidate is supposed to build and apply excellence in product and data management to foster Novartis drug discovery.
- Responsible for scientific data analysis, applications, architecture, support, system engineering, etc. The individual typically designs or works with informatics solutions specifically for Research.
- The role requires expertise in Informatics and/or Informatics Systems with a good knowledge of Research.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Broadly experienced specialists managing a small unit OR project. May be responsible for managing others.
- Leads/co\xe2\x80\x90leads novel projects within the team and mentors and inspires others to solve problems.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Essential Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in a computer science, engineering or information technology discipline.
Experience
- 8+ yrs experience with software support or software development \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a team player.
- Experience with Agile software development \xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills \xc2\xb7
- Experience in a drug discovery or scientific research setting preferred.
